Why our candles ~ They burn about 25%-50% longer than paraffin candles and are non-toxic. Our candles are an excellent choice if you wish to burn environmentally friendly candles. Our candles tend to be slightly more expensive than paraffin alternatives due to higher quality and natural ingredients.
Why our home decor ~ You are supporting local home decor designers who love everything they do to bring products to your home that support an earth friendly lifestyle.
Care for your candle ~ Candles have a memory! When you light a candle for the first time, it remembers how far across the surface it melted. The next time you burn it, the wax will melt across as far as it did the first time. This can take up to 3 hours depending on the size of your candle. Trimming your wick to 1/4 inch; preserves the longevity of the candle and keeps it from tunneling and soot. Never blow out your candle - use a candle snuffer or you can dip your wick in the melt wax pool to avoid wax spills or splashes onto the surrounding areas. Burn your candle safely - keep your candle away from drafts, flammables and other heat sources. Never leave your candle unattended. Do not burn your candle for more thank 3 hours at a time. Don't trash your candle ~ We've used containers to hold pencils, make-up brushes, hair clips, cotton balls or trinkets, too. You'll want to remove the remaining wax by placing the candle in your freezer for a few hours. Wipe it clean and poof a new treasure!
Shipping & Returns ~All candles are made to order - the candle will need 2-3 days to cure before it is ready to ship to you to avoid damage to wax. Processing and shipping takes about 5-7 business days in total - this does not include Sundays or Holidays. Please double-check the shipping address before completing check-out. If you need to make changes to your shipping address please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All sales are final. We are unable to provide returns at this time. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please let us know as soon as possible. We will refund your order amount or replace your product within 30 days after receiving your order - you can report the damages, anytime after the 30 day period. You won't be eligible for a refund or replacement due to the nature of the product. Please email us with a photo of the damage to email@example.com.
Please note we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow 48 hours before contacting us just in case there was a delivery mix-up. Please contact your US Postal Inspector and report theft to your local authorities.
