SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping & Returns ~All candles are made to order - the candle will need 2-3 days to cure before it is ready to ship to you to avoid damage to wax. Processing and shipping takes about 5-7 business days in total - this does not include Sundays or Holidays. Please double-check the shipping address before completing check-out. If you need to make changes to your shipping address please send us an email to email@example.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. We are unable to provide returns at this time. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please let us know as soon as possible. We will refund your order amount or replace your product within 30 days after receiving your order - you can report the damages, anytime after the 30 day period. You won't be eligible for a refund or replacement due to the nature of the product. Please email us with a photo of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow 48 hours before contacting us just in case there was a delivery mix-up. Please contact your US Postal Inspector and report theft to your local authorities.
